Data Analyst - Depot Operations

V2X is growing, and we’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our team! This role is a critical part of our Manufacturing and Depot Operations (MDO), helping the team harness data to drive operational excellence and improve decision-making. The successful candidate will collect, analyze, and report on data from S4/HANA and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement and support proactive management of key operational areas.

Responsibilities:

• Extract and analyze operational data from S4/HANA and other systems to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Build reports and dashboards to communicate data findings and empower MDO Leadership with meaningful, actionable information.
• Identify gaps or bottlenecks in operations using data-driven insights, highlighting areas needing attention.
• Provide analytics support for operational efficiency projects, process improvements, and performance metrics tracking.
• Proactively research and interpret data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify potential risks or opportunities.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in a data-focused role OR demonstrable expertise in analyzing large datasets and leveraging ERP systems like S4/HANA.
• Must be a US Citizen with active US Government Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. 

Skills & Technology Used: 

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data models, Power Query, etc.).
• Experience working with S4/HANA or similar ERP/reporting systems preferred.

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline).
